The new series of electronic roller shutter motors with a large scope of services and a plug`n`play assembly recognizes both the correct direction of rotation and the position of the end positions. The permanent torque monitoring detects both obstacles when driving downwards and a frozen roller shutter (freeze protection). So that these functions can be guaranteed, you need shaft connectors, such as the Secu-Block, which also serves as a security device. Thanks to the excellent software of the motor, it is able to automatically correct the end positions even after installation. Furthermore, up to 3 motors can be connected in parallel without the need for an additional relay.
Somfy motor with electronic torque monitoring (Somfy Drive Control). Obstacle detection when closing (only with fixed shaft clip connectors) and anti-freeze protection when opening.
The motor can have fixed end positions up / down or automatic end positions (fixed shaft clip connector and stopper / angled end rail required).
ATTENTION! Can only be adjusted with Somfy adjustment cable .
You can use the Somfy adjustment cable to set the end positions and direction of rotation of the motor:
- point to point
- Point up to automatic end position down (obstacle detection) - Fixed shaft clip connector required!
- Automatic end position up to point down (freeze protection) - stopper / angled end rail required!
- Automatic end position up to Automatic end position down - fixed shaft clip connectors and stoppers required!

- The tubular motors are equipped with a durable planetary gear and are completely maintenance-free.
- In the event of high heat generation, the integrated thermal protection switch protects the motor from overheating. After cooling down, operation is possible again.
