SIMU AUTOSUN 2, the 100% autonomous solar solution
The solar powered system for roller shutters on roof or facade surfaces does not require any wiring for power supply or control. The Ni-MH battery supplied by the solar panel has a 2.2AH storage capacity and sits well protected in an aluminum case. This allows a system autonomy of approx. 15 days without sun with 2 operating cycles / day.
The synthetic resin photovoltaic panel can be conveniently screwed onto the front-mounted box or the facade, or optionally mounted using a clip system or double-sided industrial adhesive tape.
The plug connections are attached in such a way that accidental polarity reversal is impossible.
Thanks to the SIMU HZ radio technology, the drive is compatible with all SIMU HZ transmitters. Also SmartHome-capable and controllable via the SIMU LiveIn Box or the MEDIOLA AIO Gateway.
The end positions can take place automatically, semi-automatically or manually. The drive has obstacle detection and switches off automatically if the curtain hits an obstacle when it is closed. The frost protection function prevents damage to the motor if the curtain is blocked by frost or jamming in the guide rails when it is opened.
