Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the supplier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nobily GmbH, Grüner Talstr. 73-79, 58644 Iserlohn, info@nobily.de, telephone: 02371 79799-0) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) üof your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is not, however, mandatory.

You can cancel the contract by sending a letter, fax or e-mail.

You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website http://www.nobily.de/widerrufsformular-online. You can use this option to withdraw from the contract. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such a revocation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us); The customer is obliged to pay back the purchase price without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of goods that cannot be sent back normally by post due to their nature, we estimate the maximum costs at 250 EUR. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
